Shipping policy

At Silver Empress, our goal is to ensure you and your furry friend receive your products as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping conditions:

1. Shipment Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Any Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 5 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 with an estimated delivery of 3-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: $15.00 with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $70.00

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Silver Empress is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at keniaec@silver-empress.com

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • We recommend taking a photo of the package exactly as it arrived to speed up the replacement process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facilities due to an incomplete or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
